On September 25, 2019, Philippe Mouricou, the director of communication of French elected official Cédric Villani contacted me and he would quickly start issuing threats against me thus committing the crime of witness tampering. He accused at some point of using the same methods as McDonald’s which seem to imply that McDonald’s might have pressured a French elected official. If McDonald’s pressured a French elected official, it might fall under the FCPA.
